What is "50 PLUS"?
The "50 PLUS" Senior Adult Ministry was first organized in 1997 for persons 50 years of age and older. "PLUS" stands for Praying, Loving, Uniting Seniors. Despite what the name implies, all age groups are welcome to attend "50 PLUS" activities. Our activities include game nights, shows and plays, out of town trips, tours around the area, breakfast bingo, pot luck dinners, etc.
Activities
- June 23-24 - Trip to see “Texas” in Palo Duro Canyon. Leave at 8:00 am and stay overnight. Contact Paul Sackett ASAP at 214-502-0696.
- July 17 - Annual picnic at the Beaty Home. 12:30 pm. Bring a covered dish. Meat will be supplied.
- August 20 - Bingo Night with White Elephants at 6:30 pm. We will have snacks before we play Bingo.
Signup for all "50 PLUS" activities in the red folder in the church office.
